About Twister Group Order

A group order is an organized buying process to help multiple people buy items from other countries. The cost for international shipping and tax will be shared among joiners in the group order, making them cheaper and more affordable than personalized orders.

Twister is handled by Sean (@dalkkeom) and Kiana (@yekika). Sean mainly takes charge of everything related to payment and shipment, whereas Kia mainly takes charge of data collecting. 

For the most part, Twister manages a group order for animanga and danmei official merchandise and fanmade merchandise. It is also possible that we will open a group order for stationery and other goods from other countries.

We started handling Twister as a group order on January 28, 2022. Before providing this service, we were both pretty active in selling, buying, and trading K-Pop photocards and merchandise. Although we're aware that we haven’t reached a year in handling this group order, we will always try our best to give the buyers the best experience while they are joining our group order.

We understand that people have their own preferences and personalization when ordering. For this reason, joining a group order is obviously not for everyone because it is less flexible.

Joining a group order also means that your orders are linked to the orders of other joiners and any changes to your order will have an unfair impact on theirs. Nevertheless, if all or some of these conditions apply, this group order could be a good option for you.

2. You'd like someone else to handle all of your international and domestic shipping needs

3. You can submit orders and send payments by a predetermined deadline

4. You can adjust to the terms and conditions that apply

5. You can check information and updates in public resources (e.g. official website, order status, and buyer list)

6. You don't mind waiting several months for your orders to arrive
