New group orders will be announced on Twitter. To join, you can fill out the form that is attached to the tweet and transfer the total amount of your order before the deadline.

The buyer’s order is submitted to the seller. It can take one to several months to produce the item, so please be patient to wait for the release.

After release, the seller will ship the order to our warehouse address in the country of origin of the product. If using air cargo, this part usually only takes 2-7 days.

We mainly used air cargo for international shipping. It usually only takes 3-10 days to arrive in Indonesia. Delays are common and can be caused by things out of our control, such as pandemic and supply chain issues, weather, customs clearance, et cetera.

Once our package has arrived in Indonesia, the freight forwarder will proceed through the proper commercial export/import procedures and requirements. After completing all processing at customs and the goods have been able to leave, they will immediately transport the goods to their address and send them to Twister's warehouse in the following time.

After the order arrives at Twister’s warehouse in Bogor, it takes 1-5 days to unpack and sort the products. If everything is already good to go, we will prepare for the last settlement.

You’ll receive the settlement details of the products through the e-mail that you write on the form with the total amount of your second payment. The domestic shipping to your address will be automatically calculated on the marketplace (Shopee or Tokopedia).
